Riley played four years of collegiate softball at Ripon College as an outfielder, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and exercise science. Driven by a passion for the mental side of the game, Riley went on to complete her Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She believes in developing young athletes through a holistic approach that bridges mind and body. While physical training is essential, pairing it with intentional mental preparation is what unlocks an athlete’s true potential. By building a foundation of mental strength on the field, Riley aims to equip athletes with the tools they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
