bio
Coach Green has over 25 years of experience coaching girls and teams at various age levels and divisions. She is currently in her fourth year coaching at the collegiate level and her third year as the Pitching Assistant at Carthage College (Kenosha, WI).
A graduate of Carthage College in 2000, Coach Green was inducted into the Carthage College Hall of Fame in 2009. During her playing career, she earned three All- Conference honors, a Third Team Division III All-Region honor, and an All-Tournament Team honor as a pitcher. She left Carthage holding records for career and season wins, innings pitched, earned run average (ERA), strikeouts, shutouts, and single-game strikeouts, and she remains ranked among the top ten in all-time records at Carthage College. Additionally, Coach Green has played overseas for US International Athletes, competing against national teams from France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
Coach Green’s philosophy emphasizes player development both on and off the field. “To me, winning is the result of success. To achieve that success, you need a team that is engaged and passionate about what they are doing.
