After “working out” for years, I found my way to group fitness in 2017. Once I experienced the group dynamic and how impactful a good trainer could be, I decided I wanted to be the one motivating and encouraging others.
I have a passion for motivating others to push themselves to work to their maximum capacity and to have fun while doing it. I strongly believe that if you enjoy the process, you will want to continue to put in the effort. I also understand that everyone is at a different level; we all have varying strengths and limitations. I will always encourage you to go harder but am also understanding of limitations.
Functional Strength Training
About the class: This functional strength training session will focus on increasing lean muscle to help improve performance in daily activities. Using free weights and your body weight, we will focus on strengthening and toning specific muscle groups.
