- Please always be on time and look the part. We very much appreciate your professionalism, enthusiasm and desire to help the kids learn and play the game each week. Playing to win is always part of competition, but please remember that this league is designed to give the kids exposure to different positions, more playing time and hopefully a boat load of fun!
- All the kids should play as equally as possible throughout the day. Please try and play them at their primary positions as much as possible as well.
- Check on the website for the rules addendums sheet so that you are aware of the rules we use that are unique to our league.
- Catchers gear and helmets is available to you upon request. No other equipment is needed or required. Keeping a scorebook is helpful to keep good track of the kids each weekend but it’s certainly not mandatory.
- Please communicate with your team each week to verify that they know the schedule for that week and that they will be in attendance.
- T-shirts will be given out on the morning of the first double header. I would suggest that you have them show up one hour in advance the first week so that you can introduce yourself and be ready for the first game.
- Practices are not part of the league and are actually discouraged for these teams as we don’t want the families making further commitments beyond the Sunday games. If you do desire and hold any practices they must not be mandatory and not affect playing time of any kind on Sundays.
- Any questions that you have during the Sunday games can be addressed by the site coordinator at each location. Please give me a call during the week if you run into any questions, problems or behavioral issues along the way. I can be reached at 414-303-7064.
- Thank you so much for guiding the kids playing in our league each week!
