Skyler Bohn

Catching Instructor

Played at Grafton high school, began catching as a sophomore where I went on to get All-Conference Honorable Mention my senior year and helped Grafton go to state for the first time in over 20 years. Went on to play collegiately at UW-Oshkosh. After greyshirting my freshman season, I played 4 years making close to 50 appearances and starting around 40 games. I’ve learned from a few ex-major leaguers from my time at Oshkosh and shape my coaching philosophy based highly from my time there. From a coaching standpoint, I like to create pressure on the opposing team by taking aggressive approaches hitting, as well as base running. I focus defensively on playing clean baseball, by throwing a lot of strikes and getting outs every chance possible. Baseball is a passionate sport, and I enjoy sharing my passion with those I coach.
